  1. Cheryl, I absolutely loved The Firestorm Conspiracy. As a publisher of many years, it is extremely
difficult to acquire really good, page-turning science fiction. I am looking forward to reading more of your terrific books and writing. Way to go, Cheryl.

I have an interest in B.C. as I own a house there, and my two sons work there. I am currently in the UK. I showed your letter to my mother who is a retired senior head teacher in the UK and her comment was ‘ I didn’t realise Canada was worse than here’, she agrees with you entirely. My 3 kids were all privately educated, at vast expence, but there isn’t an alternative over here. Not if you want educated, polite children!

    Kudo’s to you Cheryl,
I have always said that teachers, nurses, doctors and anyone in a needed position in society could never be paid enough for what they do. Yet you guys are constantly being demeaned and placed in completely untolerable conditions. This society is so wrapped up in power and money, they don’t care about people. My grandaughter starts kindergarden this September. I can only pray that she gets a teacher that CARES. Don’t stop fighting for your rights and speaking out for our children. I wish you luck, and I hope someday that the politicians and the people that can help to make a difference will show empathy for our teachers. You have one of the most important jobs that anyone can have. You have the future in your hands…..good luck
    Linda MacCoubrey
